Saskatchewan Arts Alliance advocates for establishment of arts policies and support measures that foster a healthy environment for artists and the arts. SAA advocacy efforts focus on ensuring healthy levels of support for the arts and cultural industries; encouraging public acknowledgement of the importance of the arts in society including recognition by politicians and government; the protection of artist rights and freedoms; and ensuring representation of Saskatchewan arts and artists by sending nominations to relevant organizations.
